IMPENDING COLLAPSE

by Grand D. Alliston

addiction to sleep had become a nuisance in life

as his composure fleeted by the emotion which would make any man cry

he lay his head to his pillow, and forced sleep to fall over his tormented mind

seemingly lifeless awake state was becoming more and more tormenting

as his ability to feel energetic was overcome by constant need to come to

that moment which his emoting thoughts could again be drowned out at

the end of the day
